Matt Seattle of Dragonfly Music publishes the The Pipers Pocket Tune Book (green and yellow so far, pink and blue in preparation), as well as the Border Bagpipe Book, Morpeth Rant, William Dixon - The Master Piper, and The Great North Tune Books Vols 1-3 (the Vickers manuscript-1770's).
